Welcome to Huwila Bar & Kitchen's highlight of the season - Asparagus Week!
Enjoy asparagus delicacies from 19 April to 4 May 2024.
We start the spring celebration in style by serving asparagus cooked using the sous vide method, topped with silky almond cream and roasted almonds. For the main course, we offer pike poached in roasted butter, alongside grilled green asparagus and refined white asparagus foam, seasoned with horseradish and spring onion sauce. For dessert, we crown the dinner with lemon pie, meringue and melt-in-your-mouth biscoff ice cream.
