The professional boxing event Huwila Fight Night planned for July will be moved to a later date - the venue will also change
The Huwila Fight Night, a professional boxing evening scheduled for the end of July in Savonlinna, will be moved. The event will take place in Helsinki at Töölö Kisahalli on September 3. At the same time, the name of the evening will change: Kisahalli Fight Night will be held in Töölö in September.
In the main match of the event, according to the original plans, heavyweights Mika Mielonen and Kolbeinn Kristinsson will clash. The evening's other home boxers are Olavi Hagert, Jamil Elo, Jesse Jouhki, Joonatan Jouhki, Henry Malmström and Kristian Asula. Originally, the event was scheduled to be held in Savonlinna's Huwila Arena on July 27.

"It became impossible to carry out the event with reasonable financial investments and we felt that it is better to organize the evening when we can ensure that it can be carried out without major risks," says promoter Pekka Mäki.
The event organizer VPM Live has informed all parties that participated in the evening about the postponement of the evening and will inform more about it in the coming days. Those who have already purchased tickets to the Huwila Fight Night event will be refunded in full.
Ticket sales for Kisahalli Fight Night will begin in Lippupiste's sales channels during the last week of July.
